Application procedure

Welcome!

The application period has ended. If you now apply you will be placed on a waiting list. When there are still rooms available after division we will contact you.

It is of importance to read this full page carefully when you apply!!!  

At the bottom of this page you can apply for a room.  

  • Next semester Arnhem Business School:  25th of January 2012
  • Expiry date of the application period: 7th of November 2011
  • First term payment: EUR 750,-.
  • First term payment received by Vivare before: 15th of November 2011



Application procedure in short
- Fill out the application form
- Wait for the approval of Arnhem Business School
  (you will receive an automatic e-mail)
- Transfer the first term payment of € 750,-
- Wait for a room to be appointed to you
  (you will receive an automatic e-mail in the .............)
- Transfer the second term payment
- Make an appointment with us (student@vivare.nl) to come and sign your contract and receive the keys to your room, unless  you arrive on the general arrival day (see 'Arrival/ Contact Information')
 

Additional information about your application
Once you have registered, you’ll be kept informed about the different stages in the process until reservation.

1st stage: The approval of Arnhem Business School
If, 3 weeks after you have registered, you have not received a confirmation by e-mail of approval by Arnhem Business School, we advise you to contact Arnhem Business School to check if they have approved your application.

 

2st stage:

The receipt of the first term payment into Vivare’s bank account
If, 3 weeks after the transfer of your first term payment, we have not given you notice concerning the receipt of your payment and you are sure that the money has been transferred, contact us. This could mean that the information we received about your transfer is not sufficient. Fax a copy of the transfer receipt to Vivare Financial Department: fax number 0031 26 355 0299. Mention your name, country and VIV-number.

ABS refund policy: for cancellation before the 15th of November 2011, you will receive a full refund. If the room is cancelled after the 15th of November the € 750,- will NOT be refunded.

 

3st stage:

Information about the reservation
In the beginning of December, we will notify you if your request for a room has been granted or not. This depends on the number of rooms available and the number of applications. From experience we know that those who applied and paid in time can get a room. If we do not have a room for you, your money will be refunded to you. If your request has been granted, you will get more detailed information concerning the second-term payment, the address of the room, etc..

You should be aware that the lease period and payment starts at the end of January (specific date will be posted asap). You have to sign the contract and make the second term payment before the 1st of February 2012. If not, the room will no longer be reserved for you. Be aware! You will only receive the keys of the room after we have recieved the full semester payment.

Mind that, if you have not yet subscribed for a course or semester at Arnhem Business School your request will not get their approval and therefore Vivare will not accept you as a candidate for a room.

VIV-Number
The moment you acknowledge your application, a notification will emerge on the screen with your personal registration number (VIV-number). Be sure to have pen and paper ready to note it down. You will also receive this number by e-mail. State this registration number and your full name with your payments to Vivare's bank account.
